Post and Packing

We aim to ship all orders received before 3.00pm on Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) the same day, provided the items are in stock. Any orders to be delivered by our courier must be received before 2:00pm to be shipped the same day. Please note any orders that contain products marked out of stock or on Pre-Order will be shipped once we've discussed this with you. 

Postage Options & Costs


All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges; you'll be able to select your delivery option when you checkout. Some larger items can only be shipped via Courier and in these cases we may charge extra for shipment. In these instances we'll contact you to discuss this.


For UK customers, orders over £30.00 are shipped 1st Class, free of charge, or you can opt for 24hr Tracked at £3.75 or 48Hr Tracked at £3.40

For orders under £30.00, shipping is charged at just £3.00 for Royal Mail 1st Class

You can choose to send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm Mon-Fri for £8.95

You can also choose to use our subsidised Courier service to the UK mainland for just £7.50, but you'll need to get your order in to us before 2:00pm. Please note Highlands & Islands are excluded from our courier service, however you can select delivery by Royal Mail for these destinations.

We also deliver to Europe and World-Wide; postage costs will be advised once your order has been completed (please see below for further information). Please note you as the buyer are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.


Please note, the option for 'Pickup From Store - £0.00' is for our 'Click 'n' Collect service only. 

This means your order must be collected in person from our New Forest Bead Shop in New Milton, Hampshire, BH25 6SH. We DO NOT have pick-up points across the UK.


Delivery Times


Delivery is normally two working days from clearance of payment if Royal Mail and our other carriers meet their quoted delivery times.

We endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery.


Availability of Goods


All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Orders that include pre-order products will be held until they are available. Please let us know if you want us to part-ship your order, however this may include additional delivery charges for you.


Europe & World Wide Delivery Charges


We deliver to Europe and World-Wide; postage costs will be advised once your order has been completed.

We reserve the right to amend shipping costs to Europe and the rest of the world if your order includes heavy or large items. In such cases, we will contact you in order to discuss your shipping options.   

It is important to note that we do not ship by Royal Mail Signed For or Airsure services unless specifically requested and you agree to pay the additional costs. However, we reserve the right to send orders via Courier at our cost.

We keep certificates of posting for all shipments and under the Royal Mail Terms & Conditions, we are unable to claim for lost packages until 15 working days after posting.

Please  note, your local authorities normally charge local taxes and possibly an import fee. This is completely beyond our control and is dependent upon local laws. Therefore, you as the buyer are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.


Returned Goods


If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.

If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds or credit notes for items made to order, cut to size or specifically excluded under their descriptions.

It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine, saleable condition in their original box and packaging. The law allows us the right to deduct an amount (up to 100% dependent on the diminished value) if we believe the value has been reduced by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. 

If the goods received are being returned as they are faulty or damaged, on receipt we will provide a full refund (including return 2nd class postage costs) or, reimburse postage costs and provide a replacement. Please ensure you obtain proof of delivery for items returned.

Please also ensure you include your name, address and order number (if you know it) in your package as this will allow us to process your return quickly.
