Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on CJ Beaders.com. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
CJ Beaders is a trading name of Wholesale Beads Ltd
We endeavour to give as much technical information as is reasonable about the products we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. If an item you have ordered is out of stock and marked 'pre-order', we will hold your order until it is complete. If you do not want us to do this, please let us know in order to avoid confusion. We can part ship, but may request additional shipping costs.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products when added to the shopping cart. We normally ship goods via Royal Mail. We do not normally ship using 'Signed For' services. If you require a 'Signed For' or Tracked service, then please select the appropriate service when checking out. These services will incur additional costs. For overseas shipments, Royal Mail services are limited by weight. Therefore if your order incurs an extra shipping fee, we will contact you and ask you to pay the extra amount. You may cancel the order for a full refund if you do not wish to pay the extra shipping cost.
Delivery will normally be made within 3 working (Monday to Friday) days from clearance of payment but wherever possible, for orders placed before 3.00pm on a weekday, we aim to ship the same day for instock items. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery.
Once we have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse and does not cover normal wear and tear. In addition routine maintenance is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We are unable to accept returns of special order items or on pre-order items that might be especially sourced. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or credit notes for items made to order or cut to size.
The terms and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions as detailed above.
