What data we collect and what do we do with it.
For us to provide great service, we need to record certain data as explained below.
Placing an order
When you place an order with us, we need certain data to allow us to process your order;
- Your Name and address. This is required so we can deliver your order to you. It is stored on our own computer server and by our payment processing Data Processors who use the latest technology to protect all data.
- Your email address. This is used to keep you updated as to your order status.
- Your Telephone Number. This is used only if we need to call you about your order if we have a query.
- Payment details. When reaching the payment stage of your order, our Website transfers you to our secure Payment processing Companies (dependent upon which you choose), PayPal or Sagepay. The transfer opens up a secure 128 bit (SSL) connection – the highest level of security available. CJ Beaders Ltd hold no credit card details.
When your order is received, we will print a copy of your order which will be included with your order when shipped.
If you have joined our mailing list (which prior to May 24th 2018 you will have done by placing an order our by signing up via a form at a show or in our shop), we may send you emails with Product information and/or offers. If you decide that our emails are not of interest to, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link featured on every email or by contacting us via [email protected] or calling us on (01202) 798151
